LabRace C401 The new inertia roller car dynamometer with added flywheel.
The equivalent mass of 1200 kg (corresponding to 2400Kg rollers) permits optimal engine loading, allowing you to take measurements even on large sports cars or racing vehicles.
This dynamometer has been specially designed for diagnostic technicians, tuners and car repairers carrying out petrol-methane or petrol-LPG conversions.
It is equipped with a car lifting system and pneumatic roller lock.
In accordance with the highest safety standards, there is a car detection device depending on the rotation of the rollers that prevents roller locking if the car is not absolutely stationary. Max power 400kW, maximum speed 300 km/h. The dynamometer may be converted into a brake dynamometer, even at a later date.

This dynamometer has been specially designed for use with sports car tuners.
It is equipped with a car lifting system and pneumatic roller lock.
In accordance with the highest standards of safety, there is a car detection device according to roller rotation that prevents roller locking if the car is not absolutely stationary. The wheelbase is electrically adjustable and the movable module is guided by a recirculating ball-bearing system, ensuring maximum precision and mechanical strength. This dynamometer has been designed in particular for sports car tuners and those who need to perform driving simulation. A pneumatic lifting system allows the engagement and disengagement of the wheels from the rollers.
A special feature of the dynamometer is that the two roller modules are mechanically interconnected by a transmission shaft, thus preventing vehicle traction and differential control problems, ensuring maximum tyre adherence and guaranteeing measurement of all the power discharged to the ground from the engine. In accordance with the highest safety standards, there is a car detection device according to roller rotation that prevents roller locking if the car is not absolutely stationary. The frame is made of high resistance water-cut MIG welded press-formed steel.
After sandblasting treatment the frame is subjected to a final double layer powder coating.
The rollers are made of C40 steel by numerically controlled internal and external precision turning and then knurled and finally coated with a triple coating of bi-component epoxy paint.


All Easyrun car test benches have the following features:
Two roller axles interconnected by a toothed belt and
two rollers of each axle connected by a double universal joint;
This design philosophy allows maximum tyre adherence without slippage or too much wheel compression due to excessive safety belt tension thus avoiding any subsequent measurement errors. Moreover, the presence of the maximum adhesion surface area reduces tyre wear and overheating.
The most reliable technical solutions have been chosen for more accurate and safe testing.

The safety of the vehicle’s entry onto the bench is ensured by roller locking through the pneumatic beam. This beam also accompanies the engagement of the wheels on the rollers. A safety system does not allow the lifting of the beam if the rollers are in motion.
