LABRACE M40, introduced in 2012 with its innovative design, is the new transportable inertia dynamometer, designed for those who work with racing minibikes and scooters.
Measurement precision is combined with a compact, lightweight and robust structure with removable platforms making it easy to transport to competition environments and to install in workshops with restricted spaces.
The rollerís equivalent inertia allows repeated consecutive tests on the minibikes and scooters being tuned, thus ensuring high precision and measurement repeatability which is identical to that of higher-end models.

LABRACE M300 is the line of convertible brake and inertia dynamometers produced since 2001.
This line is dedicated to those who primarily test high powered/racing motorcycles.
To date, in the range of commercial dynamometers for high powered motorcycles, the inertia line LABRACE M300 is characterized by being the most affordable one with the greatest inertia load, with the advantage of measurement accuracy and repeatability. In fact, an inertia dynamometerís capacity to highlight the discontinuities of a vehicleís power are associated not only with the speed and accuracy of its electronics but also the inertia of the bench itself.

LABRACE M300B is the eddy-current brake dynamometer.
This model is especially suitable for control unit manufacturers as well as engine and racing vehicle builders. Its ability to stabilize the engine at a fixed speed allows manufacturers to perform precise engine adjustments thanks to its sophisticated measuring and diagnostics instruments.
In addition to the constant speed tests, this dynamometer also carries out inertia tests in order to simulate and measure the most realistic behaviour of vehicles, i.e. on-road acceleration and performance at constant speeds.

The frame is made of high resistance water-cut MIG welded press-formed steel. After sandblasting treatment the frame is subjected to a final double layer powder coating.
The roller is made of C40 steel by numerically controlled internal and external precision turning and then knurled. After balancing, it is given a triple coating of bi-component epoxy paint to ensure long-lasting integrity. The mechanism is also designed to be multifunctional.
In fact, Easyrun dynamometers are the only ones which also allow you to test stand alone engines or motorcycles with a direct connection between the roller and transmission chain, by means of the practical rear opening which allows access to the roller axle.


In addition, the line of motorcycle inertia dynamometers is equipped with a pneumatically operated end of test safety brake.
The brake serves to slow down the roller at the end of the test and to lock it when the vehicle to be tested is raised or lowered. In fact, the pneumatic pedal can be used as a normal automotive brake pedal (applying less pressure slows down the roller) or can be fixed in position (fully depressing the pedal locks the roller). Releasing the pedal unlocks the roller and returns it to its original functionality. In addition, the pedal is magnetically attached to the platform and can be placed on the benchtop, if and when required.

The suitably compact design of the LABRACE M80/M150/M235 dynamometers allows the realization of real motorcycle testing laboratories in restricted environments, thus simplifying installation in soundproofed rooms of restricted size and limited cost.
