AUTO TEST BENCHES

LabRACE is the line of car test benches designed, produced and sold by EASYRUN TECHNOLOGY to meet, in particular, the needs of professionals and repairers, but also those with the hobby of engines.

Our car test benches have been designed and built with the highest safety and quality standards, both with regards to mechanical systems, as well as software operability. Ease of use and completeness of features are the result of our constant updates and, at the same time, the advice and feedback that tuners have provided us after every day of use.

LabRACE C401J INERTIAL / LabRACE C400B BRAKE

LabRACE C401J is the car inertial roller power test bench with additional flywheel.

These new benches have been designed to help the work of computers and motorsport tuners.
The equivalent mass of 1200Kg (corresponding to 2400kg rollers) allows to load the engine optimally, simulating the road load even on sports or track cars.

LabRACE C400B is, on the other hand, a braked roller power test bench with eddy current dissipation system.

The management of this bench has been studied particularly for manufacturers of engines and parts, included control units.

Both benches are equipped with auto lifting system and pneumatic roller lock in order to comply with the highest safety standards. These benches also have an auto functioning detection device as a function of the rotation of the rollers that prevents from locking the rollers if the car is not absolutely stationary.

LabRACE C400 4WD INERTIAL / LabRACE M400B 4WDX BRAKED

The use of these benches has been designed in response to the needs of sports car tuners and all those who need to carry out road simulations.

These car test benches are equipped with a car lifting system and pneumatic roller lock.

The two roller modules are connected to each other mechanically by means of a drive shaft, which allows to avoid problems connected to traction controls and vehicle differentials, thus always ensuring maximum grip on the tyres, and ensuring that all the power discharged to the ground by the engine is measured.

The bench is equipped with a device that prevents from locking the rollers if the car is not completely stationary.

The wheelbase is electrically adjustable, the mobile module is driven by means of ball recirculation system, and has been designed to ensure maximum precision and mechanical strength.

LabRACE CAR TEST BENCH MECHANICAL SYSTEM

The frame is made of high-strength die-cast steel, laser cut and joined by MIG welding. After sandblasting, the frame undergoes a final double-layer powder coating.

The rollers are made of C40 steel by means of numerically controlled internal and external precision turning and pin knurled. They are then painted with a triple layer of two-component epoxy paint.

Safety during vehicle entry on the bench is guaranteed by the locking of the rollers by means of the pneumatic beam. The beam then accompanies the engagement of the wheels on the rollers. This safety system does not allow to lift the beam if the rollers are moving.

The special feature of the 4WD benches is that the two roller modules are mechanically interconnected by means of a drive shaft, which allows to avoid problems concerning traction controls and vehicle differentials, always ensuring maximum grip on the tyres, and ensuring that all the power discharged to the ground by the engine is measured.

All Easyrun car power test benches have the following characteristics: 2 axes of the rollers connected to each other by a toothed belt and 2 rollers of each axle connected by a double cardan joint.

This construction philosophy allows to always have maximum grip of the tyres avoiding slipping or too much compression of the wheels due to excessive tension of the safety belts, thus avoiding consequent errors in measurements.

Maximum surface grip also reduces tyre consumption and overheating.

In summary, the most reliable technical solutions have been selected for more precise, accurate and safe testing.
